End the week with a Yin practice designed to help you release, relax, and reconnect. Yin Yoga invites you to go inward to allow for stillness, self-inquiry, and surrender. We'll linger in poses, supported by props and your breath, to connect with the subtle body, and allow prana to flow with more ease. This practice helps to mobilize the joints while stretching and hydrating the fascia (connective tissue) in longer held postures. We'll end with a guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to calm your mind and reconnect to your heart. All Levels of practice are welcome!
