Born & raised in New York, Allison moved to Miami over a decade ago to open the market for SoulCycle. Now, she’s a Mom to her 5 year old son, and has expanded her expertise to various modalities that enhance the mind, body & spirit. With a Bachelors in Health Sciences and certifications in Health Coaching, Reiki & Astrology, she loves to leave people feeling more empowered than when she found them. Besides teaching at SoulCycle & being a Mom full-time, she also does private Health Coaching, Reiki sessions, Tarot card readings, Birth Chart readings, and Consciousness mentoring.
Hey there, I'm Kristi Data! My life has been a dynamic mix of experiences, from competing as a Division 1 athlete to navigating the fast-paced world of medical sales for 25 years, where I achieved over $20 million in sales. But my most profound journey began when I realized that true success isn't just about external achievements—it's about prioritizing our inner well-being. At 50, I made the conscious decision to step away from corporate America and focus on my health.
Over the last decade, I've dedicated myself to understanding the intricate connection between fitness, nutrition, and regenerative wellness. This personal exploration has fueled my passion to empower women to take control of their health and rediscover their inner strength. I truly believe that we all deserve to feel vibrant, energized, and confident in our bodies.
