Acro Yoga Foundations with Megan & Rob Newmans

Acroyoga blends Yoga, Acrobatics and Thai Massage in a safe and playful environment. Learn to fly and base while feeling a sense of strength and freedom as you support one another through calibration, smooth transitioning movement and flow. In this partner based practice you will be supported and be providing support through trust and communication, trust within the body, trust within the community, and trust in the fact that it's a lot of fun to do these amazing things you never thought you'd be able to do. Open to all levels! No partner necessary, come ready to play!

FULL FESTIVAL DETAILS

Join us for a full day of health and wellness classes from yoga and HIIT classes, to dance and meditation and everything in between. Explore a variety of classes, exciting talent to accompany the instructors, local vendors to shop, and a whole lot of energy to light your fire!

This event was created to curate a space for people to move and connect with their community. We firmly believe that movement, mindfulness and connection will strengthen individuals who will be able to in turn strengthen their communities.

A portion of the tickets sales will donated to STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation (SITCF). Our foundation's mission is to bring these experiences and health and wellness resources to underserved communities in cities we serve.
