It was said in our first community chat that we want to bring in more outside experience into our community, so we are answering the call. Sam and Luka from Seattle are coming to Vancouver to share their expertise with us!
And they are so badass and we are stoked to share a day with them both.
For this event, we’re prioritizing full-day participants to create a cohesive, immersive experience. As we get closer to the date, we may open up single-class spots if available.
We truly believe in the power of spending the full day together – it creates a supportive space that allows everyone to learn, play, and thrive as a group. So if you’re considering joining us, know that it’s going to be an awesome journey from start to finish!

HANDSTAND WARM-UP WITH DEVON
Let's warm up our wrist shoulders and tie that into our core and stability upside down! Finding integration in your own handstand is key to flying it on someone else.

H2H EXPLORATIONS WITH SAM + LUKA
Twist it, press it, pop it! We'll be exploring many ways to move in, out, and through L-base H2H as well as how to build more stability and range of motion within the pose to make even more transitions possible.

FLOWSTATE WITH MILL + DEVON
We’ll dive into tricky transitions and complex sequences, testing your ability to learn and perform choreography in bigger, more challenging chunks. We like to call this the FlowState when time slows and it's just you and the feeling of moving together!

HANDS-FREE TRANSITIONS WITH SAM + LUKA
Finish the day off with a nerdy look into the nuance of free balance! We'll be sharing some of what makes us love hands-free puzzles so much with a focus on the general principles of hands-free transitioning and how to apply those concepts through a number of hip, thigh, back, and shoulder transitions.
