Participant Information
- We recommend taking prenatal workshops at 28-32 weeks
- The workshop cost includes access for both the pregnant person and the support person
- The workshop also includes a tour of the St Paul’s Hospital maternity unit and birthing rooms
- Please come to the third floor of the Providence building and head towards the maternity unit. Your workshop will be held in the conference room located outside of the purple doors of the locked maternity unit, room 3500.
- Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in and bring a water bottle
