Welcome to our next Good Food Club event at CAER Heritage Centre! Join us for a fun session where you can try tasty dishes, share recipes and learn about all sorts of foods. This time, we’ll be focusing on women’s health, exploring practical nutrition tips and simple dietary changes that support wellbeing through different life stages. With guidance from one of our local dietician, we’ll look at how nutritional needs shift during key phases of a women's life in particular, reproductive years, menopause, and healthy ageing. We'll learn how everyday ingredients can be transformed into meals that nourish and empower women at every step. After our fun, hands‑on cooking session centred on dishes designed to support women’s health, we’ll sit down together to share and enjoy the meals we’ve created. Helpful information booklets will also be available to take home, offering further insights into nutrition across women’s life stages.Spaces are limited, so make sure you secure your spot.
