About this Event
In our fast-paced world, we often look for external solutions to internal stress. This workshop introduces participants to the Inner Resource, a fundamental pillar of the iRest (Integrative Restoration) protocol. The Inner Resource is a personalized "safe haven" within the body and mind that provides an immediate sense of ease, security, and well-being, regardless of external circumstances.
This 2-hour immersive experience combines visualization, gentle breath-led intuitive movement, and a deep, guided iRest Yoga Nidra meditation to help students cultivate a resilient connection to their own innate peace.
Workshop Flow
- Opening & Insight (30mins): A brief introduction to the science of the nervous system and the concept of the "Inner Resource" as a tool for self-regulation.
- Mindful Movement (30 mins): Gentle, breath-led and intuitive asana practice, designed to release tension and prepare the body for stillness.
