If you need to shake off the sloth after a month of full-commitment festivities, ABYSS Booty Camp is for you! Led by Nozuko, these classes promise to get your heart racing and your booty shaking without the usual January flavour of self-punishment. Join us every Saturday morning in the taproom.
About the instructor:
South African born Twerk instructor whose teaches basic to advanced twerk classes. Her specialty is in South African style(Amapiano) and Gqom, however the classes include genres such as Afrobeat, Hip hop, Dancehall and Sensual Twerk.
What to Bring?
- Loose fitting shorts/booty tights
- Yoga mat/something to protect your knees
- towel
- comfortable training shoes
- lots of water
- Great energy and good vibes
