Couples Conscious Connection workshops offer tools and skill to improve communication and enhance connection.
Set in the stunning space of the Unity Centre, you are offered an opportunity to relax into mindful connection practices with trauma-informed practitioners who love to support those in relationship to heal and grow together.
Fraya and Reggie guide those in partnership to encounter one another in, perhaps, new ways to listen, hear, learn, understand, move, feel, touch and express love. Couples will explore authentic communication, gentle challenge, meaningful connection and energetic flow, through a series of exercises and practices, including: eye-gazing, Imago appreciation dialogue, guided movement, non-intimate touch and visualisation.
We end with the exquisite sound of the Koshi chimes to bathe yourselves in while entwined together.
