The Association of Black Social Workers (ABSW) Metro DC Chapter invites you to join us for our inaugural Sankofa: Honoring Our Ancestors and Living Pioneers Brunch at Howard University School of Social Work. Celebrate as we honor the pioneers who founded the Mighty DC Chapter of ABSW, made lasting impacts in their communities, and contributed to the growth and sustainability of ABSW, and the social work community.
Enjoy jazz music, great programming and a hearty brunch. Come together with fellow attendees to enjoy an elegant brunch as we celebrate our past, highlight our present, and inspire our future.
