Art Workshop with Laura Wickstead at The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush
Join artist Laura Wickstead in The Hoxton's beautiful lobby at their Shepherd's Bush hotel to enjoy a mindful evening of painting and creativity.
In this workshop, Laura will explain how she creates her shape study artworks and mixes paint in order to build an abstract piece of art. You will be provided with a 30cm x 30cm canvas which you can either create your own abstract design or templates will be available. Laura will also be on hand to help guide you throughout the evening.
The aim of the workshop is to play with paint and seeing how shapes, colours and techniques can be combined to produce a piece of art.
7pm - Arrival
7.15pm - Workshop begins
All materials will be provided, including a box so you can take home your new artwork.
Tickets also include a glass of wine, courtesy of the lovely folks at The Hoxton.

About the Artist
Laura is a professional artist working in London. Her work is calm shape studies in a soft colour palette. She has provided artwork for numerous residential and commercial projects including a wall mural at The Hoxton Hotel in Holborn and prints for the guestrooms in their new Shepherds Bush hotel. Her work has also been in The Savoy hotel and been featured in Soho Home, Elle Decoration and Homes & Gardens magazine.
