Dust off the boots and saddle up — we’re bringing the wild west to the bar for a full-blown cocktail clash on Monday, May 25th, and this one’s shaping up to be a certified industry banger.
The Setup
Two country-inspired bars. Two powerhouse bartenders. One champion.
Sponsored by Absolut x Tabasco, this edition of Bar Fight is serving up bold flavours, southern heat, and country swagger all night long.

With both venues known for their country roots and western energy, expect these two to bring serious personality behind the bar as they battle it out with original Country & Western–inspired cocktails featuring Absolut and Tabasco.
Sweet, spicy, smoky, bold — anything goes.
And the best part? You decide who takes home the crown.
Your Ticket Includes:
- Two cocktails — one from each contender
- A voting chip to crown the winner of the night
All for the low cost of $20.
The party pops off at 9PM and runs late, with country anthems, western chaos, and dance-floor energy all night long. Expect a packed room of bartenders, hospitality legends, cocktail lovers, and industry friends throwing down for one of the rowdiest nights of the series.
Cowboy hats, denim, boots, fringe — Country & Western fits highly encouraged.
