With the changes around Statutory Sick Pay coming in this April, Employer’s absence management procedures will become increasingly important. We will be looking at how effective absence management will require a clear Absence Policy and a consistent approach to be taken by line managers to ensure that genuine absences are managed sensitively and that employers implement strategies to deal with those which are perhaps not so genuine!

Keelys are providing a seminar focused on absence management in the new era of the Employment Rights Act 2025, with practical tips. It will be presented by Ellie Walsh. The session will include lunch, and a 'roundtable' session.
