As we leave the season of hibernation and rest, we welcome back the light and awaken to the magic of Spring and new beginnings. 🌸🌺🌼
The Equinox brings equal parts of day and night, we are reminded to find balance through Yin and Yang ☯️
We need both to find inner harmony.
What to expect?
An awakening Hatha Yoga Flow focused around clearing your chakras in readiness for Spring 🌼🌼
Journaling - for reflection and intention setting 💫💫
A soothing Yin practice to find deep relaxation. 🌸🌸
