Abbie's Befriending Your PMDD Community Peer Support Space

Hello fellow PMDDers!
I am offering a monthly cosy space for connection and community from my apartment in Fairfield. I can host up to 8 people, so please confirm early if you intend to come.
I have a wait list that you are welcome to join if the date you would like to attend is full.
I have been providing peer support to folks in our international PMDD community for some time now, through online one to one support sessions, weekly meetings and themed discussion groups.

Please note I have 2 cats (Buddy and Thor) who may come and say hi. I just wanted to mention this in case of allergies.
