Beginner’s Yoga Program – Build a Solid Foundation
New to yoga or curious about Ashtanga Vinyasa? This 4-week Beginner’s Program is the perfect place to start. Designed for those with little to no experience, these small-group sessions offer a supportive and personalized introduction to the foundations of breath, movement, and the Mysore method.
Over four consecutive weeks, you’ll be guided by the same teacher alongside a consistent group of students, allowing space to build confidence, connection, and a steady rhythm in your practice. You’ll also be encouraged to explore additional classes throughout the month, with guidance from your teacher.
With a maximum of 8 students, this intimate setting ensures you receive the attention and support you need as you begin.

Pricing:
$135 – includes the full 4-week program + 1 month of unlimited in-studio yoga
