A Creative Space for Children and their Carers in the Heart of the Community.
Abbey Kids is all about having creative, messy fun and exploring the world around us. Each week, we explore a different theme with activities both big and small. The group runs between 4 and 5:30 pm on Friday afternoons during term time. While our doors open at 4 PM, we don't want you to feel that you have to rush to get your children from school to the group, so a variety of activities and a snack will be available whenever you arrive.
Our activities range from drawing and painting to model-making, gardening, and large-scale artworks.
Find us in the Abbey Church Halls (6 Abbey Park Place, Dunfermline, KY12 7PD).
All are welcome. We are a small, welcoming community and want to be as accessible as possible. If your child has additional support needs, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate them.
The group is primarily aimed at Primary School Children and their carers, but the activities we offer are suitable for younger children with supervision, and you are welcome to bring your preschool child if you are happy to stay with them.
