Synopsis
In this seminar, Registrar Nelson will share practical insights into how legal practitioners can best prepare and assist their clients to participate in Court-based mediation, effectively.
The Registrar will provide tips, and some warnings, based on his experience as a Registrar of the Supreme Court and accredited advanced mediator.
About the Presenter
Registrar Brendyn Nelson graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. He was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2010. Registrar Nelson worked at the State Solicitor's Office before commencing as a Registrar in August 2022. He is an accredited mediator and is commissioned as a Magistrate.
