Join Missy Whaley for a class that embraces the evolving, ever-changing human body. Participants will stretch, release and strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits. Stretches and movements can be tailored to accommodate mobility limitations. Warm, comfortable attire is suggested. All are welcome!
