What if you could begin your Sunday not in hurry, but in presence?
Join us for Yogic Morning: a three-hour yoga and mindfulness workshop in London designed to help you slow down, move with awareness, and reconnect with your inner calm.
What to expect
🧘 Yang to Yin Yoga Practice (90 min) + Nidra / Śavasana (20 min)
We’ll start with an energising flow to awaken the body, then soften into grounding Yin postures. The practice ends with a long, guided Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) accompanied by healing sound — the perfect nervous system reset.
🪷 Journaling, Reflection & Contemplation
After movement and rest, we’ll explore guided reflections and gentle journaling prompts to connect with the theme of the day : wholeness and trust (śraddhā).
🕊️ Circle & Connection
In a safe and supportive circle, you’ll have the chance to share, listen, and connect with others. These simple yet profound moments of community help anchor your insights into everyday life.
☕ Optional Post-Practice Coffee or Lunch
After the session, many of us gather nearby for a drink or bite, a lovely way to continue the conversation and meet like-minded souls.

Theme: Wholeness & śraddhā
Drawing inspiration from the non-dual yogic traditions, we’ll explore what it means to experience life not as separate parts, but as one interconnected whole.
Patanjali tells us that for any practice to be truly effective, it must be accompanied by śraddhā, not blind belief, but a clear and joyful confidence in the path.
