As I began planning our next in-person women's circles after what has been a whole year, I thought to myself: How about a juicy afternoon retreat exclusively for cisgender women, a blissful journey to connect with the profound messages residing in our bodies? And then I thought, what would be better than to ask the amazing Irina if she would be up for a collaboration?
And so it is!
Join us for a deeply nourishing afternoon of connection, reflection, and embodiment - a space to return to yourself and the wisdom of your body.
Investment for the Half-Day Retreat: £42
Although it is easy to manage all the orders here, please reach out to me directly if you'd like to pay me directly. The platform charges a fee. (If you’d love to join and money is a barrier, please reach out and we’ll do what we can. No questions asked. We are staying true to our inclusive payment policy. Sequence: We begin with a Women’s Circle guided by me (Rachel), where through meditation and sharing, we’ll explore the theme of body consciousness - how we feel, listen to, and honour the messages our bodies share with us. When women gather, we awaken something ancient and powerful, the remembrance of generations of wisdom held before and within us. This space is free from pressure and expectation, it is an invitation to truly see and be seen, to reconnect with your heart, and to walk gently with yourself in awareness and love. We honour our most authentic selves, share openly, and find strength in our connection.
After our circle, Irina will guide a gentle Embodiment Workshop, a safe, alive, and beautiful space to begin exploring an even deeper connection with your body. Through simple and profound practices of movement, awareness, and self-connection, you’ll be invited to discover new ways to feel pleasure, safety, and confidence in your own skin. These practices meet you where you are, empowering you to choose your pace and honour your body’s rhythm.
We’ll close our evening with a Closing circle and intention setting, integrating our experiences and grounding our insights into the heart.
We invite you to soften, to listen, and to remember the natural frequency of love and sisterhood that lives within us all.

What to Bring:
- An open heart and spirit.
- Water and a snack for your comfort.
- We have Yoga mats and chairs, just bring a blanket (if you can, we will sit on the floor)
- Dress comfortably, without any pressure.
- Mums with babes in arms(up to six months old) are warmly welcomed.
