LOCATION: Carousel Theatre Studios- Studio B
Join us for our FULL DAY teen comedy camp this summer! In this course for students between the ages of 9 and 13, you will learn the basics to dive confidently into the world of improv. You’ll learn what makes it fun to do, and fun to watch. You’ll learn how to be funny without trying to be funny. Your teacher, Syd, is a professional comedian who is also a seasoned, hilarious teacher.
This class will have an added focus on playing a wide range of rich, dynamic characters which is one of the most valuable skills in improv and acting!
The skills you’ll get into in this class are skills that make you a better communicator, a more versatile performer and artist, and funny. Heck, you’re going to have a great time. By the time you hit the stage, your final showcase will be a breezy walk in a wild fun park.
No experience necessary!
Refunds & Cancellations – Registration is non-refundable within two weeks of a class' start date. Refunds for class fees are available prior to the two week cut off, however Eventbrite fees will not be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns about refunds, please email [email protected].
Accessibility - Unfortunately this venue has limited accessibility. Studio B is on the second floor of the building and is only accessible via a steep staircase. Click here for more info!
Show Day Information - Student Showcases for our comedy camps take place on the last day of camp in the same studio! Your exact show schedule will be sent our 2 days before your first class!
