A VERY GOOD IMPROV CLASS FOR AGES 9-13- Welcome to Improv! - With Syd Campbell

Location: Carousel Theatre Studios - Studio B
This weekly course is the perfect place to start for kids aged 9-13 who are interested in improv, comedy, and having fun on stage! Each week, the group will learn how to play fun characters, listen to each other’s offers and create fun scenes together. Students will practice their performance skills and be encouraged to riff, laugh and be silly throughout.
This is a great class for students who are comfortable on stage or still getting used to expressing themselves. Everyone will feel very welcomed and supported in this course by one of Blind Tiger’s most experienced youth teachers, Syd Campbell.
The course will primarily focus on improv and theatre games, but participants will dip their toes into sketch comedy and writing. The course will wrap up with a short, fun improv show supported by Syd. Fun guaranteed!
Refunds & Cancellations – Registration is non-refundable within two weeks of a class' start date. Refunds for class fees are available prior to the two week cut off, however Eventbrite fees will not be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns about refunds, please email [email protected].
Accessibility - Unfortunately this venue has limited accessibility. Studio B is on the second floor of the building and is only accessible via a steep staircase. Click here for more info!
Show Day Information - Wondering when your shows are? 95% of BTC shows are on Wednesday nights at 7PM or 9PM. Your exact show schedule will be sent on the first weekend of your class!
