You're carrying a lot. The pace is relentless, the decisions are heavy, and the space to actually think has disappeared somewhere between patients, documentation, and everything else that didn't used to be your job. This is an hour for you.
We'll meet outside, open with a simple reflection prompt, walk at our own pace, and close with a quiet moment to notice what came up. Nothing to prepare, nothing to produce, and no pressure to share. Just a slow walk with people who understand what it's like to carry this kind of work.
This is a Thinking Space Walk hosted by human.heart.work. a practice dedicated to creating space for human judgment in times of acceleration.
Free and open to all healthcare providers and leaders. Come for as much or as little as your schedule allows.
