Having begun his fine dining career at just thirteen and trained in a kitchen influenced by legendary chef Georges Perrier of Le Bec-Fin, Chef Obst brings decades of experience from acclaimed destinations including Primland Resort to this collaborative evening.
The night unfolds through a vibrant multi-course journey featuring a foie gras tartlet, live scallop with lobster butter and caviar, bright kanpachi ceviche, grilled prawn with mussels and chorizo, nori-crusted halibut, and a refreshing yuzu custard tart finale — each course paired with wines selected to enhance every moment.
