Experience the rich culinary traditions of Oaxaca at A Taste of Oaxaca, a special mezcal dinner celebrating authentic flavors, regional dishes, and world-class agave spirits.
Join us at Osito’s Tap for an intimate evening featuring a curated menu inspired by Oaxacan street food and classic regional recipes. Each dish is designed to highlight traditional ingredients and bold flavors that define one of Mexico’s most celebrated culinary regions.
The evening will also feature mezcal from Neta Mezcal and Cinco Sentidos, showcasing the depth and complexity of agave spirits from Oaxaca.

Molote Oaxaqueño
Masa stuffed with a mushroom and walnut spiced picadillo, served on top of a tomato pasta and dressed with salsa verde molcajeteada.
Vegan & dairy-free. Contains nuts.
Tlayuda de Pollo Asado
An iconic Oaxacan dish made with a large hand-pressed masa tortilla toasted on a comal until crispy and golden. Topped with house bean mix, melted queso Oaxaca, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, and avocado. Folded in half and finished with marinated grilled chicken. Served with mole negro, escabeche, and chapulines (grasshoppers) for a traditional crunch.
Gluten-free. Vegetarian option available.
Gaznates de Coco y Cajeta
A light and airy pastry fried until crispy, filled with sweet meringue, and drizzled with goat cajeta and coconut. Served with caramelized plantains — a classic Oaxacan street dessert.
