About Jules Hardin
She is an award-winning Iowa pastry chef and former owner of the beloved Jules Bakery, well known across Eastern Iowa for her exceptional sweets. Featured on Iowa Public Television and A Taste of Iowa, she has spent over 40 years creating wedding cakes, celebration treats, and internationally inspired desserts. After her bakery was lost in a storm, Jules began a new chapter teaching others the art of baking. Now, she brings her expertise to Ditmars Orchard, sharing her most popular creations and inspiring others to bake with confidence at home.
