Join us for a one-day Stoic Retreat in Chicago, where we will explore:
- A short introduction to the Stoics
- Core principles of Stoic philosophy
- How to use Stoicism to improve decision-making (the hegemonikon and the role of “indifferents”)
- Living in alignment with your true self—clarifying your “sphere of influence”
- The retreat will integrate frontal teaching, individual reflections, group discussions, and practical exercises that demonstrate how to bring the ideas into practice.
