VITAL Wines is more than a winery — it’s a nonprofit with a mission: to create equity in access to healthcare for vineyard workers and their families. Every bottle they craft closes a meaningful circle — with net profits supporting the health, dignity and inclusion of everyone in the wine industry.
Their programs cover a wide spectrum of health needs–Promotoras de Salud/Community Health Workers to help navigate the often complicated healthcare system, a vision program for vineyard employees and their school aged children, Day at Home financial assistance for people to recover from major medical emergencies and return to work health, and SOS Health Services, a free, bilingual healthcare clinic serving the uninsured and underinsured in the Walla Walla Valley.
