About this Event

Our Intention:

As the leaves turn and the air softens, Autumn whispers a gentle invitation: to release, to reflect, to return to ourselves. Join me for an intimate Autumn Soundbath, where we’ll bathe in healing frequencies and honour the season’s quiet magic. Just as trees shed their leaves, we’ll let go of what no longer serves us—old stories, stale energy, lingering tension—and make space for stillness, softness, and renewal.

Wrapped in candlelight and sonic warmth, this is your moment to pause, breathe, and fall back into harmony.

The Instruments:

Sana invites you into a luminous soundscape woven from Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls—quartz instruments infused with gemstones, minerals, and metals. The bowls produce pure, sustained pitches and layered overtones that invite deep calm, emotional release, and a tender opening of the heart. Specific gemstone and mineral infusions, like moonstone or platinum blends, colour each bowl’s vibration and energetic influence, supporting inner harmony, intuition, and gentle nervous‑system regulation. Played with attentive, intention‑led touch, the soundscape is spacious, grounding, and quietly transformative.

A soft gong will be played: low, rounded washes of sound to anchor the field without startling it, offering a gentle, resonant counterpoint to the crystalline tones and helping you move into restful integration.

Practicalities:Yoga Mats are available but you will need to bring your own blanket and cushion.

Do wear layered clothing as you will get cold lying for a length of time and you want to be able to add/remove layers as needed to maintain your comfort.

Contraindications:This event is not suitable for those that are in first trimester of pregnancy or that have sound-induced epilepsy or significant mental health issues.
