Yoga, fresh-cut flowers, and a shared meal. A few hours to step out of your usual pace and come back to yourself.
About this Event

A slower kind of day, designed to give you space to step out of your usual pace and come back into your body.

This timing lands right at the beginning of dahlia season, when the fields are starting to fill out. You can expect rows of blooms, colour, and that mid-summer feeling of everything being a little more alive.

We’ll begin with a full 90-minute yoga practice. The class is steady and grounding, with time to move, breathe, and settle into where you’re actually at, not where you think you should be.

After practice we will head into the flower fields. You’ll have time to walk, pick your own flowers, and create a bouquet to take home. This part of the day is intentionally unstructured so you can move at your own pace and stay in that quieter, more present space.

Then we’ll sit down together for lunch on the farm. The meal is vegetarian, simple and relaxed, with space to connect or keep to yourself, depending on what you need.

We’ll close with a short guided meditation to bring everything together before you head back into the rest of your day.

This experience is simple on purpose. Most of us don’t need more to do. We need time and space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

If you’ve been craving a slower pace, this is a simple way to step into it.
