Join Mindful Craft Bristol for an evening of making origami stars as part of A Series of Talented Events at Bishopston Library.
About this Event

For those aged 18 - 23

Come and enjoy the mindful process of transforming paper into a new creation!

Origami has been found to have a relaxing and mood-lifting effect, which can support wellbeing. The session will combine gentle mindfulness with guiding you through the process of creating your own beautiful origami stars.

No experience necessary! All materials will be provided.

Mindful Craft Bristol offer workshops in the Bristol and N Somerset area, bringing together expertise in mindfulness and a love for crafting. Karin and Rosie have worked for many years in NHS mental health services and are passionate about the benefits of using creativity to support wellbeing.


This workshop is part of A Series of Talented Events, aimed at 18-23 year olds and organised by Friends of Bishopston Library.
