This Spring Seasonal Soul Sanctuary is a gently held, day-long retreat designed to help you awaken what has been resting, unfurl what is ready, and reconnect with yourself through the lens of the season.

You do not need to know what is changing yet — only that something is stirring.

WHAT THE DAY OFFERS

Set within the same beautiful venue as our Winter Sanctuary, the Spring retreat shifts the energy from stillness to soft opening, from containment to possibility.

Together we will explore:

• Guided seasonal visualisation inspired by blossom, breath and renewal
• Earth Anchor oracle cards — grounding what is emerging
• Gentle Yin yoga and breathwork to awaken the body and open space for creativity
• Mindful intuitive photography outdoors (phone or camera)
• Commonplace Book reflection — gathering words, images and impressions (no pressure to write on the day)
• Seasonal scent blending — create your own Spring purefume
• Seasonal crafting — a simple, symbolic handmade piece
• Closing integration ritual

All activities are invitational, gentle and optional.
