About this Event
Spring is here!
Come and join us for a lovely stroll in Delamere Forest on Tuesday 21st April.
Let's enjoy nature, fresh air and good company together!
We will be catching the train from Chester to Delamere. After the walk, we will stop for refreshments/ a bite to eat at the Delamere Station House Cafe. We will then catch the train back to Chester.
The forest path we will follow is called the Stick Man Trail (just on the edge of the forest) which is suitable for all abilities and is about a mile long. It is accessible for wheelchair users, with flat paths, a relaxed walk with rest stops along the way.
We’re delighted that our accredited Sight Loss Counsellor, will be joining us for this walk, offering support and a friendly chat along the way.
Need 1:1 support?
We’ll have some fantastic volunteers helping out, but we can’t guarantee individual assistance for everyone - so if you’d like extra support, feel free to bring along family or friend.
To reserve your place, email [email protected] or call us on 01244 381515.
