Join The Wild Honey Pie for our Pizza Party concert with a special performance by NYC band Ra Ra Riot, and pizza at Paulie Gee’s in Brooklyn. This is also The Wild Honey Pie's 15th Anniversary Party. Let's take a trip down memory lane with classic late 00's indie rock.
Each Pizza Party VIP ticket includes unlimited pizza, gluten-free crust option from Against the Grain, and a curated cash bar. We're giving away three pairs of Blundstone boots to lucky attendees.
The Pizza Party Concert Series is supported by Blundstone, Voodoo Ranger, Halfday Iced Tea, Best Day Brewing, and Grillo's Pickles.
We're so excited to have Ra Ra Riot playing their first party with us since On The Mountain at Stratton Mountain, Vermont in December, 2014. Our love of this band goes back to 2008 when I saw them open for Death Cab for Cutie and Andrew Bird at Red Rocks in Colorado. I still have that concert ticket to this day.
Ra Ra Riot began as a scuzzy post-punk/baroque-pop collective at Syracuse University back in 2006; now, its members are entering their 40s with wedding rings and children in tow. What’s kept it going for so long? A pact made at one of the band’s earliest rehearsals: “We’ll keep playing as long as it’s fun.” Turns out making music is really fun. Frontman and principal songwriter Wes Miles will be performing a selection of Ra Ra Riot songs from across the band’s catalogue.
We're thrilled to partner with Paulie Gee's Pizza. First opened in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, in 2010, he's opened a vintage mid-century slice shop in the same Greenpoint neighborhood as his original establishment as well as in Philadelphia, Columbus, and Chicago.
Launched in 2009, The Wild Honey Pie is a music blog-turned-creative agency that produces VIP parties and music videos with our favorite musicians and chefs around the country.
