About this Event

A NUJUAL Art Experience: Motherland Collectible Canvas

In honour of Black History Month

📅 Saturday, February 21, 2026
⏰ 1:00–4:30 PM
An afternoon rooted in community, culture, and creation. ✨

Designed for couples, friends, and solo creatives alike, this experience welcomes beginners, seasoned artists, and everyone in between.

You may follow guided instruction, or choose to create freely at your own pace. This is not a class. It’s an immersive art experience that extends far beyond the canvas. 🎨

What to Expect

An exclusive 3D 'Motherland' Collectible Canvas

• Guided painting or complete creative freedom

• A relaxed, social, and thoughtfully curated atmosphere

• All painting materials provided

• Complimentary welcome drink & charcuterie station

• Local Black-owned vendors

• Music flowing throughout the afternoon

• Bar service available (additional drinks, tea, and coffee)

• and more!

The Collectible

At the heart of this experience is NUJUAL's Motherland design—a sculpted face in the shape of Africa. Each guest will transform this three dimensional piece into a one-of-a-kind collectible, expressing personal story, heritage, and creativity. Display your finished piece in your home or gift it to someone meaningful. This is art meant to live beyond the moment.

A curated moment. A collectible masterpiece.
Limited capacity.
