A Night in Sardinia Supper Club with Mario Olianas

We are delighted to invite you to join us for a unique culinary experience at the renowned Italian cookery school, La Cucina Caldesi. You will learn to prepare a delicious five-course meal with Chef and award winning cheese maker, Mario Olianas, who will be joining us for one night only and taking us back to his Sardinian roots!

Famous for his 'Yorkshire Pecorino' and 'Leeds Blue' you'll have the chance to try some of his delicious award winning cheese, whilst preparing (and then eating) a traditional Sardinian four course meal, including specially paired wines with each course.

Using the finest ingredients, including Filippo Berio quality products, you’ll be able to cook alongside, and learn from, a master Italian chef. Then you will enjoy the fruits of your labour with specially paired wines, more sublime olive oil and, of course, great company.
