Begin 2026 with a powerful, grounding evening of transformational breathwork and restorative sound healing at LA Dancefit Studio.
This in-person experience offers two separate events to participate:
• Breathwork + Sound Bath (full experience) 6-7:30pm
• Sound Bath Only (gentle, accessible option) 8-9pm
Both options are designed to support release, clarity, and deep relaxation as you step into the new year.
✧ The Full Experience: Breathwork + Sound Bath
6-7:30pm
The evening begins with 18 min minutes of facilitated transformational breathwork, guided by Guy Douglas. This is an active breathing practice supported by verbal guidance, medicinal drums, shakers, and rhythm.
Breathwork can bring awareness to emotions and patterns that may be held beneath the surface — offering an opportunity to release what no longer serves and reconnect with your inner power.
Following the breathwork, the experience transitions into a gentle, grounding sound bath, allowing the nervous system to settle and integrate.
✧ Sound Bath Only Option
8-9pm
Those joining for the Sound Bath Only portion are warmly welcomed into a calming, community-centered sound meditation.
You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound journey using:
Planetary-tuned gong
Crystal singing bowls
Tibetan bowls
Native American flute
Chimes and additional instruments
This portion of the evening is ideal for anyone seeking rest, stress relief, and a moment of stillness to reset the mind and body.

Guy “The Gong Guy” Douglas is a Sound Healing Practitioner, Gongmaster, and Breathwork Facilitator. His work draws from sound healing traditions and Eastern philosophy of music, creating safe and supportive containers for emotional release, integration, and personal transformation.
