What if we completely reframed our view of the new year?
Why is it that we feel the need to completely reinvent ourselves or even start something new? It’s still winter - a time to remain inside, literally and energetically.
Instead, the time is well spent focusing our energy inward, in reflection. Winter is the time for planning, formulating, designing, clarifying and strengthening plans. Additionally, it’s a time to sharpen, embrace and accept the tools you already have.
Give yourself the grace of space this Winter.
In this workshop you’ll receive:
- A Winter meditation to sooth the new year jitters as well as to encourage a new mindset of preserving rather than expending energy.
- Expressive Reflections - journal out or draw what you need to still let go this Winter, plus what you still want to call in for Spring
- A gentle awakening of energies to keep our inner flame alive with a meditative mellow, low and slow flow
- Winter themed Yoga Nidra (often referred to as Yogic Sleep) intended to bring us grounding and balance after the holiday and new year hustle.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
