About this Event
Join us at the beautiful Arlo Nomad for A New Kind of Holiday Party with a yoga sculpt class, meditation and journaling session, plus mocktails and presents.
Allison will start us off with a 30 minute total body Yoga Sculpt Class. All levels welcome!
Then, we will transition to a 25 minute calming guided meditation and reflective journaling session led by Marianna to help us reset our mind and intentions for the holidays.
This intimate event combines movement and mindfulness, designed to leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and centered.
