Join us for a unique fundraiser dinner that takes you on an exclusive culinary journey through the rich history of the Hotel Boulderado, all while supporting the upcoming Boulder Eats! Food Traditions Along the Front Range exhibit at the Museum of Boulder.

This unforgettable evening will showcase the evolving dining concepts of Boulderado over the years. Guests will enjoy a selection of cocktails, passed appetizers, and a curated multi-course meal featuring different bites of history from various periods, including a nod to Boulderado’s Asian restaurant roots. Each dish will offer a taste of Boulder’s vibrant culinary past, celebrating the community’s ever-evolving food culture.

Proceeds from this event will benefit the Boulder Eats! exhibit, which opens November 14, 2025, at the Museum of Boulder. This exciting exhibit will explore Boulder’s food traditions along the Front Range, focusing on the community’s restaurants, farms, kitchens, and more. With over 300 objects from the Museum’s historic collection, the exhibit will offer a deep dive into the foods that have shaped our community’s culture and history.

Through the Boulder Eats! exhibit, visitors will experience the stories of our local farms, kitchens, health food businesses, and cultural meals. The exhibit will also feature programs such as cooking classes, demonstrations, and nutrition workshops, making it a can’t-miss experience for food enthusiasts and history buffs alike.
