A Harvest of Memories: Reflection, Gratitude, Painting & Journaling

As the season of gratitude unfolds, take an evening to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and your community. ✨

In this creative reflection night, we’ll blend guided journaling prompts with artful expression — watercolor painting, stamping, or drawing — to help you capture the moments and memories that shaped your year.

We’ll also share a short meditation on letting go of what no longer serves us and offering gratitude for what’s been received.

To close the evening, participants will write letters of gratitude and encouragement to the homeless and unhoused. These heartfelt notes will be distributed through the NWShares Free Food Truck program, spreading warmth and kindness beyond our gathering.
