What is your heart needing right now? This is an intentionally intimate workshop to tend to our hearts together & give them the deep care they deserve.
Led by East Bay Healing House's energy and sound healers Stephanie, Josh, and Jaya....
Through an energy healing-infused sound bath, a group singing activation for the heart and throat chakras, and a group circle with optional cacao to release unprocessed emotions together.... Closing with an affirming burning ritual to call in new energy.
