NEUROGRAPHICA ART — Draw Your Way to Release
Led by Nika Zusin, an artist represented by the State of the Arts gallery, and art teacher from Art Center Sarasota.
· Release Bottled Emotions: Gently channel feelings of grief, stress, or anger onto the page through intuitive, fluid lines. No artistic skill required.
· Rewire Your Brain: This method, born from psychology and geometry, helps rewire neural pathways, converting tension into calm focus.
· The Result: A documented release of stress hormones, a lifted mood, and a quieted mind.
Please note: This is an art workshop, not therapy. I am an artist sharing a creative practice for personal exploration and self-expression.
