From the legacy of French modernism and the rise of Surrealism in Paris to international artists inspired by French artistic life, this tour traces the powerful cross-cultural exchanges that transformed art in the 20th century. Featuring works by artists such as Paul Gauguin, Henri Matisse, René Magritte, Remedios Varo, and Alexander Calder, along with other artists featured in the galleries, the tour explores how bold experiments in color, form, and imagination shaped modern art across borders.
