The WORC² Construction Project Management Training Series is a bi-weekly professional development program designed for individuals interested in advancing into leadership and management roles within the construction industry.
This hands-on training provides participants with practical tools and real-world knowledge used by successful project managers. Led by experienced professionals from NEI General Contracting, this series focuses on helping participants understand how projects are planned, executed, monitored, and delivered on time and on budget.
