About this Event
You will be guided through a class of yoga poses, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation by a teacher with 8 years full time yoga and meditation teacher training.
Each week develops on what was learned in the previous weeks resulting in an experience of going deeper into more relaxed and aware states.
The body is made more flexible, the energy is revitalised, the nervous system cleansed and awareness and rest brought to the mind and subtle areas of our being.
Creativity, inspiration and renewed energy are some of the results of attending these classes.
