A Day of Energy Healing and Community Connection

Join us for the Grand Reopening of Yoga of the Mind! You are invited to this free Event, which will offer Practical Techniques for Inner Peace amidst the challenges and changes of our time.

David Stevens and Rochelle Fisher are the curators of the Yoga of the Mind, practical methods for personal and spiritual growth, designed to help you embrace your authentic self.

You will use our short active meditation style that even the wigglest of you can do. Our short active meditation will keep your busy mind engaged with energy work while you sit quietly, either in a chair or on the floor.

At Yoga of the Mind, we offer a distinctive approach to your spiritual growth journey that leaves you feeling grounded, relaxed, and happy, even as the world around you undergoes accelerated change. David Stevens has been offering Chakra Clearings, Energy Healings, and Intuitive Awareness education for 30 years, helping his students find emotional peace.

Our Grand Reopening Event marks an exciting new chapter for Yoga of the Mind as we welcome both current and future students to our new, much larger studio located in the heart of Denver at 23 N. Lincoln Street.

You can register for individual sessions or participate in all of them. Our focus is on your well-being and supporting you in exploring and expressing your authentic self. Info: David Stevens will begin the day with his healing Chakra Clearing Meditation session. This session is great for all levels of meditation experience. This is what we refer to as an Active Meditation, where David will lead you through a relaxing Chakra Clearing, where you are actively moving your energy. We provide chairs for meditation, but if you prefer to lie down or sit on the floor, please bring your yoga mat and pillows.

Info: In-person connection is a vital part of our overall well-being.  We seek connection and collaboration to feed our souls. Join our relaxed, community lunch session.  This will be a time for connection with other like-minded friends.

Info: The afternoon session with David will include several techniques to calm your emotions and connect with yourself and others, anywhere, anytime. Vagas Nerve breath work for fast, effective emotional calming, short toning and meditation techniques that instantly shift your energy, plus a group intuitive exercise that grounds your connection with your intuitive voice. It's a fun and interactive experience.
