About this Event
Many women enter perimenopause and menopause with very little clear information about what is happening in their bodies. Changes in sleep, mood, weight, energy, and cognitive function are common, yet they are often confusing and difficult to navigate.
This community workshop is designed to provide a clear, evidence-based overview of hormonal changes during midlife and the role that hormone therapy may play in managing symptoms and supporting long-term health.
During this conversation, we will discuss common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, how hormones change during this stage of life, and current evidence regarding hormone therapy. We will also explore practical approaches that can support overall health and well-being during midlife.
This session is intended to provide reliable information in a relaxed, supportive setting and to help women better understand their options so they can have informed conversations with their healthcare providers.
