Strong Foundations is a 2 hour workshop designed specifically to teach you everything you need to train effectively, lift with confidence, and see real results - no guesswork, no intimidation, just real, practical knowledge that will transform the way you move.

This is also an incredibly special opportunity to learn from KALO Fitness’s Head Programmer, Jorgi Ponder! Jorgi is a wealth of knowledge and brings with her over 10 years of experience in the world of human performance and physiology. In this workshop you’ll get expert, hands-on coaching that breaks down the fundamentals of strength training so you can start lifting safely, progressing with purpose, and seeing results!
